From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the historic atmosphere added a special touch to our experience, reminding me of the cozy feel of family-run establishments back home in the UK.the room we stayed in was not just clean, but also beautifully designed with a seating area and a breathtaking mountain view. the attention to detail was impeccable, and the free toiletries provided added a personal touch that I always appreciate when traveling. The convenient location of the hotel, close to hiking trails and outdoor activities, made exploring the town of Ouray a delightful experience. the continental breakfast was a nice touch, and I must mention the delicious chocolate muffins – a delightful treat to start the day. Overall, Hotel Ouray exceeded all our expectations. the communication with the staff was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable and updated, and the local touch in the toiletries showcased their support for the community.
